Our Commitment to Safety & Safeguarding
At Harvest House, the safety and well-being of every child is our highest priority. We believe that every child should experience a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where they are free to grow, learn, and encounter the love of Jesus. What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead. What sets us apart isn’t just our process—it’s the intention behind it. We take time to understand, explore, and create with purpose at every turn.
Our Safety Standards
To ensure the highest level of protection for our families, we adhere to a strict set of safeguarding protocols:
Vetted Leadership: All children’s ministry volunteers must pass a comprehensive background check and undergo specific safety training before they are approved to serve.
Accountability & Integrity: Every volunteer is a member of Harvest House who has completed our membership process (and signed our covenant, affirming their commitment to a lifestyle of integrity and accountability.
Secure Check-In: We utilize industry-leading security software to manage our check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring that children are only released to authorized parents or guardians.
On-Site Security: For added peace of mind, a security officer is present on-site during designated hours to ensure campus-wide safety and a quick response to any needs.
Peace of Mind for Parents
We are dedicated to creating a space where you can feel fully confident while your children are building friendships and growing in their faith. We view the protection of your family as a sacred trust.
