MANNA

COLLEGE & YOUNG ADULT MINISTRY

WHO WE ARE

Welcome to Manna, the College and Young Adult Ministry of Harvest House!

We are a community centered right here in Boone—a town home to thousands of college students and young adults navigating one of the most formative seasons of life.

We believe that faith isn't meant to be lived out in isolation, and church doesn't just happen on Sunday morning. Inspired by the early church in Acts 2:42–47, we exist to bridge the gap throughout the week by building a warm, intentional space where you are deeply known, valued, and pursued. Whether you are a college student looking for a place to belong or a young adult looking to stay rooted in a local church community, Manna offers a place at the table for you.

OUR MISSION

Boone is home to thousands of college students and young adults navigating one of the most formative seasons of their lives. We believe we have both a great opportunity and a sacred responsibility to invest in this generation.

Manna exists to bridge the gap between Sundays by creating intentional spaces where discipleship and church community continue throughout the week. As a ministry of Harvest House, Manna complements Sunday worship, connects students directly into the local church, and raises up disciples who faithfully represent Christ wherever God leads them.

OUR VISION

To cultivate a Christ-centered community where college students and young adults are deeply known, intentionally discipled, and equipped to follow Jesus for a lifetime.

Inspired by the early church in Acts 2:42–47, Manna exists to help students grow through Scripture, prayer, worship, fellowship, and shared meals. We believe some of the deepest discipleship happens around a table. More than just a weekly event, Manna is a catalyst for lasting Christian community—where friendships extend into daily life through mutual encouragement, shared study, prayer, and living on mission together.

OUR GATHERING

On Campus:

Whether you are a college student navigating campus life or a young adult stepping into your career, you have a seat at the table. While we offer specific rhythms tailored to different schedules and life stages, every Manna gathering, social outing, and service event is open to everyone across both groups.

We intentionally seek to intertwine these age groups because we believe discipleship works best in intergenerational community. Scriptural growth happens when life experience, fresh passion, dynamic perspectives, and mutual encouragement collide.

College students benefit from the insight and steady presence of those navigating post-college life, while young adults are energized and sharpened by the passion and questions of students. Together, we learn from one another, walk alongside one another, and build a stronger, more resilient faith.

Manna operates as an intentional campus ministry designed for college students while warmly welcoming young adults. We aim to create a space where you feel known, valued, and pursued.

Every weekly gathering at Harvest House includes:

  • Shared Meal: Gathering around the table together

  • Worship: Turning our hearts toward God

  • Message: Short, practical, Scripture-based teaching

  • Table Discussion: Space to process, ask questions, and share

  • Prayer: Supporting one another in faith

For young adults and college students, Manna partners with Harvest House's Family Nights. We begin the evening together with the broader church body before transitioning into a tailored time of teaching, worship, and small-group discussion designed specifically for young adults.
